By using Fluentics, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Fluentics is a vocabulary learning app that helps language learners at B1–C2 level move words from passive to active vocabulary using AI-generated cards and exercises.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

4. AI-Generated Content

Vocabulary cards and exercises are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important linguistic information with authoritative sources.

5. Free Tier & Future Pricing

The service is currently free during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Existing free users will be notified in advance of any changes.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the words and content you save. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service (e.g., generating vocabulary cards).

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
